I have a dream
Inside my heart
A yearning
To be free It’s warm, bright and inviting
A place I often want to be
Everything there is peaceful & beautiful
There’s an aura of love and color
Where music soothes and purifies
And art has great valor
Dancing in the sun is common
The rain is a delicate kiss
A soothing part of perpetual heaven
A part of me I miss
This place feels so out of reach
And yet sometimes I think
If I settle my soul and my mind I teach
I can be there in a blink. |
